Your mission

We are BMW Motorrad Welt Berlin, a 1,000 m² meeting place for motorcycle enthusiasts, the community, and everyone who loves the sound of freedom. In our showroom, you can experience the latest BMW motorcycles up close, discover exclusive special exhibitions, and explore the current Gear & Garment collection as well as Original BMW Motorrad accessories.
At the heart of our location is the Bistro – the perfect spot to relax and connect. Right next to it, you’ll find our shop featuring the latest Gear & Garment collection and stylish merchandise. In addition to our daily bistro operations, we regularly host exciting events: from season openings and movie nights to travel talks and live podcasts – there’s always something happening here.

To support our guests in the bistro, we are looking for a committed Barista (m/f/d) who prepares coffee and beverage specialties with passion and provides our guests with a high-quality bistro experience. You serve as a point of contact for visitors and help ensure that everything runs smoothly. The bistro is open from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays) between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Opening hours may vary during events.

Your profile

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation of coffee and beverage specialties at a professional level

  • Friendly and competent service for our guests

  • Operation of the cash register system and handling payments

  • Assisting with inventory orders and stock management

  • Support during events, catering, and special functions

  • Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and a welcoming bistro atmosphere

Your Profile

  • Experience as a barista and in guest service

  • Ideally, experience with cash register systems

  • Reliability, team spirit, and a positive attitude

  • Excellent German and English language skills
